The green Tea
The green tea originates from china and is associated with many cultures in Asia and Middle East. The tea made solely from leaves of Camellia Sinensis undergoes minimal oxidation during processing. The Green tea is considered to have medicinal values and is a great anti oxidant. There have been claims that Green tea reduces the risk of Cancer, Stroke and also helps in Anti Aging process apart from Weight loss. The Green tea is graded by the processing technique and also the parts used. Some tea usually contains only the leaves but some do take in the tender stem, Seeds and Flowers. The green tea contains one third caffeine in a cup as compared to the same cup of coffee.
The consumption of green tea has proven to promote many a healings through research and Medicine. IT has been proven that the insulin level in Rats (used as tests) could activate the insulin level in them once consumed. They are also great fat oxidation agents in human and helps to prevent obesity.
There are continuous tests done on Green tea through out the world some of the latest being very astonishing. The extracts of a Green tea has found to prevent HIV from attacking T-Cells. Green teas potent levels of antioxidants are able to minimize the levels of free radicals found in the bloodstream, thus minimizing the damage they can do to the body.
